- Add SMuFL Metadata (musical notation), as well as hints for jazz chord symbols
- Add blocks to default data set: Ancient Greek Music Notation,
Byzantine Musical Symbols, Ethiopic, and Gothic.
In the past, these were missing glyphs on most platforms, but are now
more reliably supported.
- Bug fix: query started before the data set loaded might leave the
user with a broken app.
- Present a message if a Copy operation fails.
